At Van der Valk Hotel Apeldoorn - De Cantharel, your discovery of the Veluwe begins as soon as you step out the door. Choose a sturdy E-chopper and cruise silently and sustainably through forests, heathlands, and along quiet country roads. The wide wheels and robust look not only make the ride comfortable and safe, but also a real eye-catcher. The E-choppers are rented out for 2.5 hours and have a range of approximately 40-50 km, depending on usage.

Prefer biking? Then rent one of our quality bikes or bring your own. Within minutes, you will be in the middle of the Veluwe nature, enjoying endless routes. For hotel guests, we offer a covered, secure bike storage (park at your own risk). We recommend booking bikes or E-choppers in advance with your reservation due to high demand. Please note: our parking lot is exclusively for hotel guests.
