Cancellation policy for Meetings & Events

If you wish to cancel, we kindly ask you to inform us by email. Unfortunately, cancellations made verbally will not be processed. The date on which we receive your email will be considered as the official cancellation date. In case of cancellation, the amount due will be calculated based on the total reservation value as stated in the most recent confirmation of your group, event, or conference.
