Discover the vegetarian side of our restaurant. We serve delicious vegetarian and on request vegan dishes with as much use of vegetables fresh from our own vegetable garden. Pure nature and unsprayed. Sustainable and healthy and therefore affiliated with the vegetarian federation.
In addition to the menu, we have plenty of choice on the dinner menu for vegetarians and guests who also want to try a vegetarian dish. Our chef can conjure with mushrooms and the vegetables he gets from our own vegetable and herb garden. Directly from the land, fresh in the restaurant.
Our own vegetable and herb garden
In 2013, our vegetable and herb garden was awarded the 'Certified Veluwe Regional Product' quality mark by foundation Streekeigen Producten Holland. It started with 1000 m2 and because of the growing demand for real fresh ingredients we are now working hard to make the garden 10 times bigger. We want to grow at least 30% of our vegetables ourselves and bring our guests closer to nature. The vegetables are processed directly in the kitchen and you can find them in the special 'Taste the seasons' menu and in the buffets.
Dining in the field
We regularly organize culinary dinners at special locations, such as in the middle of the forest, on sand drift or in our own vegetable garden. You then enjoy a four-course dinner with pure vegetables (where possible from our own garden) and a variety of traditional seasonal products. We are happy to take your vegetarian wishes into account.
