Valkies kids menu

Van der Valk Hotel Apeldoorn - the Cantharel presents a menu especially for children! Get rid of the standard fis hand chips, but really enjoy the homemade local products of the Veluwe. The menu is made in collaboration with local suppliers (farmers) of the Veluwe.

Menu 1: Fischfilet from the Nordsea (€9,50)

Starter
Tomato- or vegtable soup or ham with melon
Main course
For fisch we have fischfilet from the Nordsea. Fischfilet is always tasty, and to make it even more delicious, you get a potato-vegetable puree, and also fresh carrots!
Dessert
An ice cup with hand-made ice from IJskaffee De Kei from Ugchelen
or VlaFlip (custard with lemonade and yoghurt) from farm Den Hoek from Wilp. 

Menu 2: Piggy’s Palace Schnitzel (€9,50)

Starter
Tomato- or vegtable soup or ham with melon
Main course
The schnitzel comes from the piglets of Piggy's Palace in Bathmen. If you choose this dish, you will eat meat from the region! You even get baked potatoes and home-made appelsauce.
Dessert
An ice cup with hand-made ice from IJskaffee De Kei from Ugchelen 
or VlaFlip (custard with lemonade and yoghurt) from farm Den Hoek from Wilp.  

Menu 3: Burger from farmer Bart Boon (€9,50)

Starter
Tomato- or vegtable soup or ham with melon
Main course
The hamburger is from farm Eco Fields in Wekerom.
Farmer Bart Boon is the Boss overhere.
The cows have extra big stables and may play outside every day.
With the burger you get baked potatoes and fresh stir-fried vegtables. 

Dessert

or VlaFlip (custard with lemonade and yoghurt) from farm Den Hoek from Wilp.  

Menu 4: Pancakes from farmer Bökkers from Terwolde (€9,50)

Starter
Tomato- or vegtable soup or ham with melon
Main course
Our pancakes are made of flour, ground by miller Bökkers from Terwolde!
Flour is made from grain and wheat.
Dessert
An ice cup with hand-made ice from IJskaffee De Kei from Ugchelen 
or VlaFlip (custard with lemonade and yoghurt) from farm Den Hoek from Wilp.  

Menu 5: Cheese fondue from Bauer Jan Reinders from Wilp (€9,50)

Main course
Creamy cheese fondue from farmer Jan Reinders from Wilp,
served with bread and vegtable
Dessert
An ice cup with hand-made ice from IJskaffee De Kei from Ugchelen 
or VlaFlip (custard with lemonade and yoghurt) from farm Den Hoek from Wilp.
